We have also conducted employee misconduct investigations and held training on a variety of timely labor and employment topics from employee fraud/theft to “Garrity” rights in workplace investigations. We have assisted Employers with drafting or revising employee handbooks, drafting confidentiality/non-compete/non-solicitation agreements for new employees, and separation agreements.
