The attorneys of Abrams & Schmidt LLC represent and counsel employers throughout the State of Minnesota. We are experienced with counseling and consulting on workplace issues such as employee lay-offs, FLSA, ADAAA, FMLA, Human Rights, etc. Our mission and purpose is to:

We have represented at contract negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, veteran's preference hearings, unemployment hearings, district court and Minnesota Court of Appeals. We have also conducted employee misconduct investigations and held training on a variety of timely labor and employment topics from employee fraud/theft to “Garrity” rights in workplace investigations. We have assisted Employers with drafting or revising employee handbooks, drafting confidentiality/non-compete/non-solicitation agreements for new employees, and separation agreements.
